Characteristics of a High-Impact Leader

:: 0 Comments :: Article Rating :: personal growth

A high-impact leader possesses the classic character traits of a leader:

  • Self-defined

  • Forward thinking

  • Credible

  • Inspiring

  • People oriented

  • Energetic

  • Curious

  • Focused

  • Courageous

  • Organized

  • Supportive

A high-impact leader also executes the classic leadership functions:

  • Builds a values-based core

  • Generates ideas

  • Forms a vision

  • Builds a plan

  • Engages a team

  • Builds a responsive structure

  • Creates accountability

  • Produces results

The tools you need to become a high-impact leader exist within you right now. They are internal drivers, or “personal energies,” waiting to assist you in your journey. Accessing them is merely a matter of choice.
